She currently serves as a content expert for SeniorLiving.org. Linda advised SeniorLiving.org’s senior care team as they designed their Compassionate Caregiving Course and provided her expertise for first time caregivers. She holds an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University. Linda also earned a Master's Degree in Counseling from Rivier College where she graduated with distinction.

Marcie Fusco is an experienced educator, artist, and support professional whose career reflects a longstanding commitment to service and community well-being. With a background in K–12 education and therapeutic support for children with special needs, Mrs. Fusco brings strong skills in communication, compassion, and individualized care to her role as a board member for The Friends of Saint Anne, a nonprofit dedicated to improving healthcare access for seniors.
Her work in both educational and therapeutic environments has given her a deep understanding of the needs of vulnerable populations and informs her dedication to helping older adults navigate healthcare systems with dignity and confidence. As an artist, she values creative expression as an important component of personal well-being.
A mother of three, Mrs. Fusco enjoys mountain biking, gardening, snowboarding, and music. She brings her commitment to service and community support to her board work, helping advance programs that enhance the health and quality of life for senior communities.

Judy Winzell is currently serving as the Military Liaison for the Southwest Colorado America 250/Colorado 150 Committee, and directing the Spirit of ’45 campaign for Durango, Colorado. She has 40 years of enabling organizations to succeed utilizing proven strategies and program management skills.
After receiving a graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, Judy worked in the aerospace industry earning numerous professional awards and certifications. Her accomplishments include creating and leading: High Performance Leadership Teams, Customer Satisfaction Measurement Systems, Leadership Team Assessments, Masters level curricula, and Quality Management programs that contributed to Boeing winning the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Transitioning beyond the workplace, she formed her own consulting business, after having won the U.S, General Services Administration pre-qualification to participation in its Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services program. Judy was invited to join the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity as the VP and Fundraising Chair, earning over $30,000 per event that contributed directly to a build. When asked to become a Firewise Ambassador for her community, she then transitioned to writing, receiving and implementing over $250,000 in grants for fire mitigation.
Judy’s goal is to continue to utilize a solid foundation of intervention, leadership and communications experience to benefit organization development.
